  After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to go with Attorney Alexander Napolin for a Workers Comp case. I was injured mid October and met with him 11/3/23. We spoke about finding an outside doctor, which I was going to look for and then contact his office. I emailed him on the 8th regarding a doctor I found but did not hear back. At some point, I spoke to his assistant by phone and she told me that I could communicate with her by her mobile. I asked her for the case number several times to which she responded that she would get it for me, but never did. I decided to check and see if I could find the case number myself but could not find anything. After many texts and emails without a response from the assistant, I came to find out that my case had not been filed. His assistant said she told me it had been rejected twice (she never told me that). The case was finally filed the beginning of December. Mr Napolin did respond to me a few times but I did not get a response to the last couple of emails I sent to this date. I wish they would have had the decency to tell me that my case was not worth their time, or they simply did not want to take it. I finally decided to go with another attorney, and I have to say that the most disappointing thing of all this is that my new attorney has to share half of the fees with this office, which did nothing but file a case and ask the insurance for approval for a doctor.

  Used this Firm for an accident I was in total loss of my vehicle. Had back injury and other insurance was offering me half of what I got from my Attorney it was a joke . Went to therapy for 3 months twice a week . The whole time I did not get not one call about status of my law suit . I would call and just kept giving me the run around . When it was all said and done received 5000 only 2500 hundred more than the other insurance offered me . The medical group they were sending me to got much more than me and I never even new what my Attorney got . They never gave me a paper giving me a break down of the money being disbursed. I never even met the Attorney. Dealing with these people for almost a year was a joke . I lost more overtime getting off early from my job to get to my appointments. Well whether you believe me or not it's up to you but I strongly do not recommend this firm . Goodluck

  They were one of the highest rated firms when I looked up accident lawyers online and they definitely lived up to their reputation. I contacted Mr. Napolin after my car accident and really glad I did, the firm was super friendly from the get go and the service was nothing less than exceptional. Explained everything thoroughly/clearly and definitely kept me updated every step of the way through all steps of the process so i never felt out of the loop on what was going on with my case. Since my neck was injured due to the accident, they referred me to a local chiropractor that worked with my schedule that helped me with the pain i had gotten from the accident. Case finally closed and I am really happy with the results. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is searching for an accident lawyer, 10/10 recommend!
