South Los Angeles Pedestrian Hit by Car 1:30 am Sunday Morning
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CA (May 1, 2016) – Police reports indicate that a pedestrian was hit by a car outside of a residential home in South Los Angeles in the early morning hours Sunday. Both the driver of the vehicle and the pedestrian who was struck sustained injuries around 1:30 am near 12114 South Central Avenue in Los Angeles.

Ambulance services were called to the scene in order to specifically provide medical treatment for the diver of the vehicle. the driver was treated for injuries to his right hand at the scene of the pedestrian accident. Van Lingen’s Tow services were also called to the scene of the accident to tow away the vehicle so that it could be inspected for evidence. As a result of the injuries sustained by the pedestrian who was involved in the accident, authorities will be inspecting said vehicle.
