California Freeway Motorcycle Accident Death Attorneys

Motorcycle accidents occur every day on the southern California roads. Bikers are often killed or seriously injured during a collision with a motorist, simply because they are unprotected by the metal cage provided by a car or truck. Napolin explains this new law as providing clarity to the unregulated practice of unwritten rules: “The practice was neither prohibited nor explicitly allowed. But AB51 will make California the first state that transforms this practice into law.” The new motorcycle traffic bill will officially be called the “lane sharing law.” Napolin, from The Napolin Law Firm, provides analysis and legal help to drivers injured during a car accident.
